一种可拆式220 kV户外隔离刀闸检修平台的应用研究

A Detachable Maintenance Platform for 220 kV Outdoor Isolation Switches

目前,在户外220kV高压隔离开关的现场检修工作中,传统登高工具和设备易受空间限制,工作效率低,安全风险较大。结合检修现场实际探索研制了一种220kV户外隔离刀闸的可拆式专用检修平台,该平台具有互换性强、携带方便、组合简便,并可减轻检修人员工作强度、提升检修质量和工作效率等优点。

In the in-situ maintenance of the 220 kV outdoor isolation switches, the conventional maintenance work with traditional climbing tools and equipment is of certain problems such as the space limitation, low working efficiency and high safety risk. Thus, a special detachable maintenance platform for 220 kV outdoor isolation switches is developed, which is of strong interchangeability, convenient portability and simple combination. It shows that this novel maintenance platform can alleviate the work intensity of maintenance personnel, and improve the maintenance quality and efficiency.
