环氧类材料修补技术在隔河岩大坝水垫池的应用

摘要 隔河岩大坝水垫池经多次泄洪破坏,为解决护坦抗冲耐磨和薄层修补填充混凝土与老混凝土结合问题,采用C50一级配亲水性环氧混凝土进行修补,面积达862 m^2,浇筑方量153 m^3,均为国内罕见,且在高温、多雨的汛前施工,采用改造的自制搅拌、振捣设备,提高了施工效率和质量。经2017年泄洪考验,修补工程取得了成功。 Damages are found in the plunge pool of Geheyan Hydropower Station due to repeated flood discharging. In order to solve the combination difficulty between the original concrete and the erosion and abrasion resistant repairing concrete, C50 first-gradation hydrophilic epoxy concrete is used in the repairing. Although the repairing work is of great difficulties such as the large repairing area and concrete volume, and the construction during the hot and rainy period, the construction efficiency and quality are ensured with renovated mixing and vibrating equipment. The repairing work is satisfactory as the project passed the flood discharge in 2017 successfully.
