摘要
针对柳树坪水电站出现的剪断销频繁剪断的问题,通过对系统深入分析,确定是拐臂端盖上导叶顶丝功能缺陷、导叶止推装置结构缺陷、底环泄压孔缺失等原因造成导叶上浮与顶盖剐蹭,使剪断销受力过大而频繁剪断。对此制定了相应的改进预案和措施,经检修中进行相应的处理,从根本上解决了剪断销频繁剪断的问题,提高了机组运行的稳定性。
Breaking of the shear pins in the water guide mechanism of generator unit is frequently observed in Liushuping Hydropower Station. In-depth analysis shows that the functional defect of the upper guide vane screw, the structural defect of the guide vane thrust device and the lack of the pressure relief hole in the bottom ring are major reasons, which cause the up-floating of the guide vane and scraping with the top cover, and finally the breaking of shear pins due to excessive shearing force. Correspondingly, renovation measures and treatment plans are made. In practical maintenance, the unit is renovated and the problem is successfully solved.
