机组停机投电制动时发电机动力柜断路器动作事件分析

摘要 发电机动力柜是水电厂重要的动力电源供应设备,其有条不紊的运行是机组正常启停的关键。通过对某水电厂发生的机组停机投电制动时发电机动力柜断路器动作现象进行模拟试验,分析导致发电机动力柜母线电压下降和断路器脱扣的原因,并据此提出相关建议和措施,以保证发电机启停过程中发电机动力柜供电的可靠性。 The generator power cabinet is an important power supply device in hydropower plants, which is crucial for the normal startup and shutdown of the units. Based on the simulation of the generator power cabinet breaker action during the unit shutdown and power-on braking, the busbar voltage dropping and the breaker tripping faults occurred in the power cabinet are analyzed. Possible causes of these faults are determined and corresponding treatment measures are proposed to ensure the power supply reliability of the generator power cabinet during the startup and shutdown processes of the generator units.
