摘要
某水电站1号机组在进行调速器孤网逻辑功能动态试验过程中,当机组并网带孤网调节试验结束后,解除强制输入1F调速器并网信号时,调速器进入空载态后,机组导叶出现异常快速关闭,机组转速快速下降等一系列现象。通过机组趋势分析系统,查询调速器导叶开度、开度给定、开度计算输出、机组转速等曲线。结合调速系统程序逻辑,经过系统性分析,找出了故障原因,采取了有效的处理方案,使问题得以解决。
When the forced grid-connection input signal to the 1F governor is removed in the isolated logical function dynamic test of the governor in No.1 unit in a hydropower station, the governor comes into a no-load state, while an abnormal fast closing of the guide vanes and the rapid decreasing of the unit speed are observed. With the unit trend analysis system, operation data such as the guide vane opening, opening input, opening output and unit speed are obtained. Considering the program logic of the governor system, reasons of the fault are determined. Corresponding treatment measures are proposed. After the treatment, the fault is successfully solved.
