妊娠期高血压疾病与血清SOCS-3、IL-18水平及Th1/Th2相关性分析

The correlation analysis between pregnant women with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and their serum levels of SOCS-3 and IL-18 or the ratio of Th1/Th2

目的:探讨妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)与血清细胞因子信号转导负调控因子-3(SOCS-3)、白细胞介素-18(IL?18)、Th1/Th2的相关性。方法:回顾性收集2016年2月—2017年12月本院妇产科确诊HDCP 81例临床资料,依据HDCP分类标准分为妊娠高血压组(23例)、轻度子痫前期组(26例)、重度子痫前期组(32例);选取同期本院产检正常孕妇52例为对照组。采用ELISA法检测血清SOCS-3、IL-18、TH1/TH2水平,分析上述指标与HDCP的关系。结果:血清SOCS-3水平依次为重度子痫前期组<轻度子痫前期组<妊娠高血压组<对照组,IL-18、Th1/Th2水平依次为重度子痫前期组>轻度子痫前期组>妊娠高血压组>对照组(均P<0.05);HDCP患者发生不良妊娠结局孕妇SOCS-3水平低于正常妊娠结局孕妇,IL-18、Th1/Th2高于正常妊娠结局孕妇(均P<0.001);Pearson相关分析显示,SOCS-3在妊娠高血压组、轻度子痫前期组、重度子痫前期组均与IL-18、Th1/Th2呈中至高度负相关(P<0.05),在对照组与IL-18、Th1/Th2无关(P>0.05)。结论:SOCS-3、IL-18、TH1/TH2水平与HDCP有密切相关性,尤其是重度子痫前期,检测SOCS-3、IL-18、TH1/TH2水平有助于HDCP重度子痫前期的早期发现和诊治。

Objective:To explore the correlation between the pregnant women with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(HDCP)and their serum levels of SOCS-3 and interleukin-18(IL-18),or the ratio of Th1/Th2.Methods:The data of 81 pregnant women with HDCP in the first people's hospital of Xining city from February 2016 to December 2017 were selected into research group retrospectively,which were also divided into pregnancy induced hypertension group(23 cases),mild preeclampsia group(26 cases),and severe preeclampsia group(32 cases)according to the HDCP classification standard.Another 52 normal pregnant women were selected in control group during the same time.The serum SOCS-3 and IL-18 levels of all included women were detected by ELISA method.The serum SOCS-3 and IL-18 levels and the ratio of TH1/TH2 of women were compared between the two groups,and the relationships between the pregnant women with HDCP and their serum SOCS-3 and IL-18 levels or the ratio of TH1/TH2 were analyzed.Results:The serum SOCS-3 level of pregnant women with severe preeclampsia was significant lower than that of pregnant women with mild preeclampsia,the serum SOCS-3 level of pregnant women with mild preeclampsia was significant lower than that of pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension,and the serum SOCS-3 level of pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension was significant lower than that of normal pregnant women(P<0.05).The serum IL-18 level and the ratio of TH1/TH2 of pregnant women with severe preeclampsia were significant higher than those of pregnant women with mild preeclampsia,the serum IL-18 level and the ratio of TH1/TH2 of pregnant women with mild preeclampsia were significant higher than those of pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension,and the serum IL-18 level and the ratio of TH1/TH2 of pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension were significant higher than those of normal pregnant women(P<0.05).As for pregnant women with HDCP,the serum SOCS-3 level of women with adverse pregnancy outcomes was significant lower than that of women with normal pregnancy outcomes,but the serum IL-18 level and the ratio of TH1/TH2 of women with adverse pregnancy outcomes were significant higher than those of women with normal pregnancy outcomes(P<0.001).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the serum SOCS-3 level was negatively correlated with the serum IL-18 level and the ratio of TH1/TH2 of pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension,mild preeclampsia,or severe preeclampsia(P<0.05),but in control group,the serum SOCS-3 level was no correlated with the serum IL-18 level and the ratio of TH1/TH2 of pregnant women(P>0.05).Conclusion:The levels of SOCS-3 and IL-18,and the ratio of TH1/TH2 are closely related to pregnant women with HDCP,especially for those pregnant with severe preeclampsia.The detection of SOCS-3 and IL-18 levels and the ratio ofTH1/TH2 maybe help for diagnosing and treating the pregnant women with severe preeclampsia early.
