摘要
介绍了新区水厂排泥水处理工程的工艺流程以及构筑物设计。该工程采用重力浓缩+机械脱水处理工艺,建设了排泥水调节池、回用水池、污泥浓缩池、平衡池和脱水机房五大构筑物。排泥水主要来自沉淀池排泥和滤池反冲洗排水,处理排泥水量约为1 800 m3/d,脱水后干污泥外运并安全处置,上清液回流至排泥池。
The technological process and structure design of the sludge treatment project in the New District Waterworks was introduced. Gravity concentration-mechanical dewatering treatment process was adopted,and five major structures including sludge discharge regulating tank,reuse tank,sludge thickening tank,balance tank and dewatering machine room were constructed. The sludge discharge water at about 1800 m^3/d mainly came from the sludge discharge of the sedimentation tank and the backwashing drainage of the filter. The dry sludge was transported and safely disposed after dewatering,and the supernatant was reflowed to the sludge discharge tank.
