水刀联合电动取皮刀治疗色素脱失性瘢痕的临床效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨水刀联合电动取皮刀治疗色素脱失性瘢痕的临床效果。方法选取2012年8月~2018年8月我院收治的58例色素脱失性瘢痕患者,按照随机分组的方法分为对照组和研究组,每组各29例。对照组应用电动取皮刀治疗色素脱失性瘢痕患者,研究组应用水刀联合电动取皮刀治疗色素脱失性瘢痕患者,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果研究组色素脱失性瘢痕患者的治疗效果高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。研究组色素脱失性瘢痕患者的恢复情况优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论水刀联合电动取皮刀在色素脱失性瘢痕的治疗过程中,能够有效提高患者的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of water knife combined with electric skin graft knife in the treatment of dispigmented scars. Methods A total of 58 patients with dispigmented scars who were admitted to our hospital from August 2012 to August 2018 were selected. According to the random grouping method, they were divided into the control group and the research group, 29 cases in each group. The control group was given electric skin graft knife to treat the patients with dispigmented scars. The research group was given water knife combined with electric skin graft knife to treat the patients with dispigmented scars. The effect of clinical treatment was compared between the two groups. Results The therapeutic effect of patients with dispigmented scar in the research group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The recovery of patients with dispigmented scars in the research group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Water knife combined with electric skin graft knife can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients in the treatment of dispigmented scars. It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
