地塞米松注射液在呼吸道感染患者中的应用效果

Application effect of Dexamethasone Injection in patients with respiratory tract infection

目的探讨地塞米松注射液在呼吸道感染患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年5月～2018年5月收治的120例呼吸道感染患者作为研究对象,按照不同治疗方法分为治疗组(60例)与对照组(60例)。治疗组采用对症治疗联合地塞米松注射液治疗,对照组仅采用单纯对照治疗。比较两组的体温恢复情况、不良反应发生情况、生活质量SF-36评分。结果治疗组的体温恢复时间、治疗时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的不良反应总发生率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后的生活质量SF-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对呼吸道感染患者采用地塞米松注射液治疗,虽可加速体温恢复正常,从而提高生活质量,但值得注意的是,其不良反应发生率较高,建议谨慎使用。

Objective To explore the application effect of Dexamethasone Injection in patients with respiratory tract infection. Methods A total of 120 patients with respiratory tract infection admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were selected as study subjects, and divided into the treatment group (60 cases) and the control group (60 cases) according to different treatment methods. Symptomatic treatment combined with Dexamethasone Injection was used in the treatment group, while the control group was only treated with simple control. Temperature recovery, adverse reactions, and quality of life SF-36 scores were compared between the two groups. Results The temperature recovery time and treatment time of the treatment group were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence rate of adverse reaction of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Quality of life SF-36 score in the treatment group after treatment was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Dexamethasone Injection can accelerate the recovery of body temperature and improve the quality of life in patients with respiratory tract infection. However, it is worth noting that the adverse reaction rate is relatively high and it is recommended to be used cautiously.
