摘要
目的探讨血清降钙素原(PCT)、淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)与超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)在高龄发热患者中的表达及临床意义。方法选择2016年1月~2018年6月我院收治的85例高龄发热患者作为观察组,选择同期的85例高龄非发热患者作为对照组,比较两组的血清PCT、SAA和hs-CRP水平及阳性率。结果观察组治疗前的血清PCT、SAA、hs-CRP阳性率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组治愈后的PCT、SAA、hsCRP阳性率较治疗前均显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组治疗前的PCT、SAA、HS-CRP水平均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治愈后的PCT、SAA、HS-CRP水平较治疗前均显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在高龄发热患者血清中,PCT、SAA和hs-CRP表达均较高,其联合检测可作为早期判定该类患者存在细菌感染及其严重性的可靠指标。
Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of serum procalcitonin (PCT), serum amyloid A (SAA) and hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in elderly patients with fever. Methods A total of 85 cases of elderly patients with fever in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2018 were selected as the observation group, then 85 cases of elderly patients without fever at the same period were selected as the control group. The levels and positive rates of serum PCT, SAA and hs-CRP of the two groups were compared. Results The positive rates of serum PCT, SAA and hs-CRP in the observation group before treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.01). The positive rates of PCT, SAA and hs-CRP in the observation group after cure were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.01). The levels of PCT, SAA and hs-CRP in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group before treatment (P<0.05). The levels of PCT, SAA and hs-CRP in the observation group after cure were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion The expression of PCT, SAA and hs-CRP is higher in serum of elderly patients with fever. Combined detection of PCT, SAA and hs-CRP can be used as a reliable indicator for early detection of bacterial infection and its severity in these patients.
