双手抱膝用力法在尾骨凸出产妇第二产程中的应用效果

Application effect of clasping knees with both hands in the second stage of labor of coccyx protruding women

目的探讨双手抱膝用力法在尾骨凸出产妇第二产程中的应用效果。方法选取2016年2月～2018年3月在我院分娩的68例尾骨凸出产妇,按照随机方法分为对照组(34例)与观察组(34例)。分娩期间对照组常规用力,观察组以双手抱膝用力法分娩,比较两组的第二产程时间、产后出血情况及新生儿情况。结果观察组第二产程时间短于对照组,产后2 h出血量均明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组宫颈裂伤发生率0.00%,新生儿窒息率为0.00%,均明显低于对照组的17.65%、14.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在尾骨凸出产妇第二产程分娩中,指导产妇应用双手抱膝用力法分娩,可明显缩短第二产程时间,减少产后出血量,降低宫颈裂伤、新生儿窒息发生风险。

Objective To investigate the application effect of clasping knees with both hands in the second stage of labor of coccyx protruding women. Methods From February 2016 to March 2018, 68 cases of puerpera with protruding tailbone were selected and randomly divided into control group (34 cases) and observation group (34 cases). The second stage of labor, postpartum hemorrhage and newborn were compared between the two groups. Results The time of the second stage of labor in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, the amount of blood loss at 2 hours after delivery in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of cervical laceration and neonatal asphyxia in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the parturition of the second stage of the parturition with the projection of the tailbone, it can obviously shorten the time of the second stage of labor, reduce the amount of postpartum bleeding, reduce the cervical laceration, and reduce the risk of neonatal asphyxia.
