桃红四物汤与五苓散合用在跟骨骨折患者中的应用效果

Application effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction and Wuling Powder in patients with calcaneal fracture

目的探讨桃红四物汤及五苓散在跟骨骨折患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2015年6月～2017年12月收治的70例跟骨骨折患者作为研究对象,按照随机信封法将其分为对照组(35例)、试验组(35例)。对照组围术期内采用常规治疗,试验组围术期内采用桃红四物汤及五苓散治疗,比较两组的疼痛程度评分、肿胀程度评分、切口愈合效果、临床相关指标。结果试验组的疼疼痛程度、肿胀程度评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的切口愈合效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的皮肤皱褶出现时间、切口愈合时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予跟骨骨折患者桃红四物汤及五苓散治疗对提高围术期切口愈合效果、改善疼痛程度、肿胀程度具有积极的临床意义,临床应用价值较高,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction and Wuling Powder in patients with calcaneal fracture. Methods Seventy patients with calcaneal fracture treated in our hospital from June 2015 to December 2017 were selected as study objects. The patients were divided into the control group (35 cases) and the experimental group (35 cases) according to the random envelope method. Within perioperative period, routine treatment was used in the control group while the experimental group was treated with Taohong Siwu Decoction and Wuling Powder. The pain degree score, swelling degree score, incision healing effect and clinical related index were compared between the two groups. Results The pain and swelling degree score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The wound healing effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The appearing time of skin wrinkles and wound healing time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of calcane Siwu Decoction and Wuling Powder given in patients with calcaneal fracture has positive clinical significance for improving incision healing effect of perioperative period, improving pain degree and swelling degree. The clinical application value is higher and it is worthy of promotion.
