整体护理在血小板减少输血患者中的应用价值

Application value of holistic nursing in patients undergoing transfusion due to thrombocytopenia

目的探讨整体护理在血小板减少输血患者中的应用价值。方法选择2017年9月～2018年9月我科室收治的血小板减少输血患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上施行整体护理。比较两组患者的治疗效果,血小板水平复常时间、临床治疗时间,护理满意度。结果观察组的总有效率(90.00%)明显高于对照组(66.67%)(P<0.05);观察组患者的血小板水平复常时间、临床治疗时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的护理总满意度(93.33%)明显高于对照组(73.33%)(P<0.05)。结论整体护理血应用于血小板减少输血患者中的效果明显,能缩短患者的治疗时间,提高其护理满意度,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the application value of holistic nursing in patients undergoing transfusion due to thrombocytopenia. Methods A total of 60 patients undergoing thrombocytopenic transfusion due to thrombocytopenia admitted to our department from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected as study objects and they were divided into the control group (n=30) and observation group (n=30) according to the random number table method. In the control group, routine nursing was used, and in the observation group, holistic nursing was added on the basis of routine nursing. The therapeutic effect, time of platelet level returning to norm, clinical treatment time, and nursing satisfaction degree were compared in patients between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group (90.00%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (66.67%)(P<0.05). The time of platelet level returning to norm, clinical treatment time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total satisfaction degree of nursing in the observation group (93.33%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (73.33%)(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of holistic nursing applied in patients undergoing thrombocytopenic transfusion due to thrombocytopenia is obvious, and it can shorten the treatment time and improve the nursing satisfaction degree of patients, which is worthy of promotion.
