摘要
根据某款纯电动汽车的整车噪声表现,对其动力总成部分驱动电机进行了不同阶次噪声测试与分析。从测试结果来看,在7. 8、15. 6、21. 5及51阶次噪声比较凸出,其中驱动电机在8、16及48阶次噪声表现明显。针对此问题,主要从驱动电机电磁方案定子冲片结构方面进行了优化设计,并在驱动电机本体及整车上进行了验证。结果显示驱动电机及整车噪声得到了改善,约有一半的振动幅值得到了减弱。通过对驱动电机的噪声分析、电机电磁方案的优化设计及验证,给驱动电机的噪声整改提供了一种优化方案,同时也对纯电动汽车整车噪声整改积累了相关经验。
According to the noise performance of a battery electric vehicle,the driving motor of the power assembly of the vehicle was tested and analyzed at a different order noise.From the test results,the noise of 7.8,15.6,21.5 and 51 order is more prominent,and the driving motor is obvious in the noise of 8,16 and 48 order.In order to solve the problem,the driving motor was redesigned mainly from the stator punch structure of the motor electromagnetic scheme,and was verified in the drive motor and the battery electric vehicle.The results show that the noise of the driving motor and the vehicle is improved,and about half of the vibration amplitude is weakened.Through the noise analysis of the driving motor,the optimization design and verification of the electromagnetic scheme of the motor,an optimization scheme is provided for the noise rectification of the driving motor,and relevant experience also is accumulated for the rectification of the noise of the pure electric vehicle.
