摘要 汽车车轮径向台架疲劳分析是车轮设计中一个非常重要的分析项,通常进行车轮径向疲劳分析时需要将轮胎座区域划分成20份以上进行加载,实现车轮滚动过程中的受力模拟,通常在受力区域选择和径向载荷加载时需要不断地重复操作,复杂的重复操作容易产生人为错误而且需要大量的时间投入。为优化加载过程,利用Hyper Mesh二次开发功能,用TCL/TK语言开发了车轮径向载荷加载自动化程序,提高分析效率的同时固化分析流程。 In the design of car wheel, radial bench fatigue analysis is a very important analysis item. Usually analysis of the wheel radial fatigue needs to divide tire holder area into more than 20 parts to simulate the wheel rolling force. Usually the loading area selection and radial loading need a lot of repetitive operations, and that the complicated repeat operations are prone to errors. Beyond that it takes a lot of time. In order to optimize the loading process, the secondary development function of HyperMesh was utilized. By using the TCL/TK language, the wheel automatic radial loading was achieved to improve the analysis efficiency and at the same time solidify the analysis process.
