摘要
轮齿断裂是变速器常见的失效形式,针对失效齿轮零件,对其进行显微金相组织、硬度、化学成分检验及断口分析。综合分析表明:齿根区域硬化层较浅、硬度较低是造成齿轮疲劳断裂的主要原因,同时提出了改进措施及齿轮强化方案,从而提高齿轮的强度。
Gear tooth fracture is a common failure mode of transmission. For the failure gear, microscopic metallographic structure, hardness , chemical composition inspection and fracture analysis were carried out. The comprehensive analysis shows that the shallower hardened layer and the lower hardness of the tooth root zone are the main reasons for the gear tooth fatigue fracture. At the same time, the improvement measures and the gear strengthening scheme are proposed to improve the strength of the gear.
