催化型颗粒物捕集器实际道路工况适配性研究

摘要 运用车载排放测试技术和车载远程监测技术,研究催化型DPF系统在实际道路工况条件下的过滤效率、再生特性和耐久性等性能。试验结果表明:催化型DPF系统能有效降低重型柴油车尾气颗粒物排放,颗粒物过滤效率可达90%以上;以商务巴士为代表的长途客车运行工况相对稳定,与催化型DPF系统适配性较好;而以环卫车为代表的市政车辆排气温度较低,不适合加装催化型DPF系统控制尾气颗粒物排放;环境温度会影响催化型DPF系统的再生效率,但适配性好的车辆受影响较小,可以满足柴油车颗粒物排放治理的需求。 The filtration efficiency,regeneration characteristics and durability of catalyzed diesel particulate filter were studied by portable emission measurement system and vehicle remote monitoring technology under real driving condition.The results show that the particulate emission of heavy-duty diesel vehicles is effectively reduced by using catalyzed diesel particulate filter,and the filtration efficiency of particulate can reach more than 90%.Long-distance vehicles,such as commercial buses,have better compatibility with catalyzed diesel particulate filter for the relatively stable driving condition.Municipal vehicles,represented by sanitation vehicles,are not suitable for using catalyzed diesel particulate filter to control the particulate emission,as the low emission temperature.The regeneration efficiency of the catalyzed diesel particulate filter is affected by the ambient temperature,but the overall effect was not significantly,which can meet the requirements of diesel vehicle particulate emission control.
