法治中国视域下依法治市研究

A Study on Governing the City by Law in the Context of the Rule of Law in China

依法治国战略的实施,推动了我国经济社会的建设与发展。在当前法治中国背景下,应充分审视并加强城市法治建设工作的部署与落实,切实推进依法治市进程。基于法治中国视阀,阐释依法治市的内涵,并说明依法治市建设目标的总体要求,进而根据当前依法治市现状,分别从依据法治建设规律、坚定法治信念,结合地方实际情况、促进区域发展两个维度,提出了进一步推动依法治市的有效路径,旨在为和谐社会的构建打下良好基础。

The implementation of the strategy of governing the country by law has promoted the construction and development of the economy and society in our country. In the context of rule of law, we should fully examine and strengthen the deployment and implementation of urban legal construction work, and effectively promote the progress of rule of law. Based on the rule of law, this paper explains the connotation of governing the city according to law, and specifies the overall requirements on the goal of ruling the city according to law. In line with the current situation of governing the city according to law, this paper propose the effective path for further promoting the rule of law respectively from the two dimensions: strengthening the belief in the rule of law by adhering to the rule of law and promoting the regional development in view of local conditions, aiming at laying a solid foundation for the construction of a harmonious society.
