摘要
高校竞技体育趋于国际化是高校竞技体育成长的必经之路。美国大学体育院校依附于大学,采取面向社会化的经营模式。坚持休闲原则,遵循市场规律,坚持以市场为导向,社会化、准专业化的经营之路。美国大学体育的奇特经验和组织管理体系经验的胜利,对中国目前竞技体育的可持续发展具备指导意义。现对高校的竞技体育国际化进行概述,通过分析美国的观念及政策,进而对我国在高校体育竞技方面提出相应的发展策略。
The internationalization of college competitive sports is the only way for the growth of college competitive sports. Sports colleges in American universities are attached to universities and adopt the society-oriented business model by adhering to the principle of leisure, following the laws of the market, and following the market-oriented, socialized, quasi-professional business path. The special experience and the triumph of organizational management system of American college sports have guiding significance to the sustainable development of competitive sports in China at present. This paper gives an overview of the internationalization of college competitive sports, and analyzes the related concepts and policies in American, and then puts forward corresponding development strategies for college sports in China.
