A Discussion on Paths for Smart City Construction under the Background of Big Data

信息大数据进一步推动了我国的智慧城市建设和现代城镇化的进程,对智慧城市建设的理念及方式方法上的创新也起到关键性的作用。以大数据为前提,以民为主、全民共同参与;共享资源、保障信息安全;加强创新、全面促进发展等角度,构建建设智慧城市的有效途径。

Information big data has further promoted the process of smart city construction and modern urbanization in China, and plays a decisive role in innovating the concept and method of smart city construction. In this sense, this paper puts forward the effective ways to build a smart city: the whole population’s participation on the premise of big data and people-orientation, universal participation;sharing resources and safeguarding information security;strengthening innovation and promoting development in an all-round manner.
