目前多数具有长效专业能力的工匠,几乎都出自于高职院校。因此,为了制造业的长远发展,各高职院校需改革学生综合素质培养模式。以工匠精神的培养为主,构建高职院校学生工匠精神的培养模式。

At present, most of the craftsmen with long-term professional ability are from higher vocational colleges. Therefore, higher vocational colleges need to reform students’ comprehensive quality training model and to construct the model of training higher vocational college students’ craftsman spirits.
