高职英语教师信息化教学能力现状及培养策略研究

On the Present Situation and Cultivation Strategies of English Teachers' Informatization Teaching Ability in Higher Vocational Colleges

在网络技术与信息化快速发展的当今社会,高职英语教师的教学能力也需要不断地提高与革新。因此,各大高校对于教师信息化教学能力的培养也十分重要。教师在教学的过程当中要保证教师团队能力的稳步提升及职业技能的不断提高,通过对教师信息化教学能力的现状进行分析得出更好的人才培养策略,促进教师团队水平的不断提升。

With the rapid development of network technology and informationization in today’s society, English teachers in higher vocational colleges needs to continuously improve and innovate teaching ability;it’s very enssential for institutions of higher colleges to cultivate college teachers’ informationization teaching ability. In the teaching process, higher vocational colleges should ensure the steady improvement of the ability of the teacher team as well as their vocational skills. In this regard, this paper analyzes the present situation of teachers’ informationization teaching ability and proposes talent training strategies for the continuous improvement of the teacher team’ level.
