摘要
基于高校足球运动的理论教学与训练课程配备进行调查研究。通过研究发现,适当调整训练内容与理论教学内容的平衡性是促进其二者协调发展的根本,也是优化大学体育足球训练与理论协调发展的必要措施,对于调整理论与实践教学结构具有参考价值。
This paper makes a survey on the theoretical teaching and the arrangement of training curriculum of college football, and finds that adjusting the balance between the training content and the theoretical teaching content is fundamental to promote the harmonious development of the two, and the necessary measure to optimize the coordinated development of football training and theorical teaching of college sports, which has reference value for adjusting the theoretical and practical teaching structure.
