从霍夫斯塔德文化维度视角看高职精准教学

摘要 将霍夫斯塔德的五个文化维度应用于高职精准教学中,从精准教学与“个人主义-集体主义”、“权力距离”、“不确定性回避”、“社会的男性化”、“产期取向-短期取向”的关系中看精准教学的必要性和积极作用,从而挖掘精准教学实施的途径,让差异教学成为可能,使全体学生得到发展。
