“立德树人”视野下高校资助育人体系的构建

On Constructing College Funding Education System under the Vision of “High Moral Values Establishment and People Cultivation”

基于立德树人视野,通过对当前高校资助育人工作面临困境的分析,针对其中存在的资格认定不够精准、无偿资助模式不足及单一注重物质资助等现实问题,分别从将立德树人思想渗透到资助管理机制中、改进教育方法、完善资助育人保障体系确保立德树人的实施等维度,提出了高校资助育人体系构建的有效路径。旨在能够创新以往的资助管理模式,提高资助育人的实效性,在帮助家庭经济困难大学生完成学业的同时,确保其健康全面发展,真正发挥资助育人体系的积极作用。

Based on the view of high moral values establishment and people cultivation, this paper analyzes the current predicament of college funding educating work, and identifies the practical problems, such as inaccurate qualification accreditation, lack of unpaid subsidy mode and the single focus on material support, etc. In order to ensure the implementation of high moral values establishment and people cultivation, this paper puts forward the effective paths of constructing funding education system: infiltrating the concept of high moral values establishment and people cultivation into the fund-raising management mechanism, improving the educational methods, improving the subsidized education system. The study aims to innovate the previous funding management model, to improve the effectiveness of subsidized education, and to help the students with financial difficulties to complete their studies while ensuring their healthy and comprehensive development, and to truly play a positive role in funding the education system.
