高校社团与大学生就业竞争力养成刍议

On the Role of College Associations in Cultivating College Students' Employment Competitiveness

面对大学生就业难的情况,充分发挥高校社团的作用,提升大学生就业的竞争力,影响高校毕业生就业竞争力养成的因素包括学生自身多种因素及学校、家庭的教育因素。克服不利因素,养成基本的就业能力,开发创新能力,培养社会责任意识,适应现代社会的需求。

Faced with the difficulty in college students’ employment, college associations need to give their full play and enhance college students’ employment competitiveness. There are some factors affecting college graduates’ employment competitiveness including, various factors of their own and the educational factors from the college and family. In this regard, college associations should help college student’s overcome unfavorable factors, develop basic employability, develop innovative capabilities, cultivate social responsibility awareness, and adapt to the needs of modern society.
