摘要
以聚丙烯装置正常生产时系统内的丙烷物料平衡为前提,考虑原料的不稳定性造成的系统中丙烷平衡浓度的变化,从丙烷的来源、浓度对聚合反应的影响以及丙烷的排放,推导出不同丙烷浓度对催化剂损耗和丙烯损耗的计算公式,并将两公式拟合获得最佳丙烷排放浓度,以及不同丙烷进料含量下的最优排放点,综合考虑了产品的质量控制以及系统运行的稳定性,得到较优的操作区间,即适当减少丙烯循环气压缩机尾气排放量和进入干燥系统的循环气量,为装置实际生产操作提供指导。
Taking propane material balance in polypropylene plant as a precondition, this paper examines the variation of propane balance concentration caused by instability of propane material, the effect of propane source and concentration on polymerization reaction, and the propane discharge to derive the formulas for calculating catalyst loss and propylene loss at different propane concentrations, and fits the two formulas to get the best propane discharge concentration and the optimal discharge point for different propane feeds. It is able to define the better operation range by taking into account product quality control and operation stability, that is, to appropriately reduce the exhaust discharge of propylene circulating gas compressor and the circulating gas into drying system. The research can serve as guidance on actual operation in polypropylene plant.
