快速康复外科理念对腹部手术患者术后恢复及睡眠质量的影响

The Effect of Fast Track Surgery Concept on Postoperative Recovery and Sleep Quality for Patients with Abdominal Surgery

目的:探讨快速康复外科理念对腹部手术患者术后恢复及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年2月沈阳市浑南区中心医院收治的腹部手术患者160例,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组80例。对照组施行常规康复疗法,观察组采用快速康复外科理念疗法,比较2组患者术后恢复情况、炎性反应变化情况,以及睡眠质量评分。结果:与对照组比较,观察组术后排气时间、术后排便时间、下床活动时间、术后住院时间均明显缩短(P <0. 05);与对照组比较,观察组术后IL-6、TNF-α水平均明显降低(P <0. 05);与对照组比较,观察组术后睡眠质量评分明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:快速康复外科理念应用于腹部手术,能够促进患者术后恢复,减轻术后炎性反应,改善患者睡眠质量。

Objective: To study the effect of fast track surgery concept on postoperative recovery and sleep quality for patients with abdominal surgery. Methods: The 160 patietns wieth abdominal surgery in our hospital during the period from Jan 2017 to Feb 2018 were randomized into the control group(routine track)and the observation group(fast track surgery concept),80 patients per group.The postoperative recovery,changes of inflammatory response and sleep quality scores in two groups were observed and compared. Results: Compared with the control group,the times of postoperative exhaust,postoperative defecation,ambulation and hospitalization were significantly reduced in the observation group( P <0.05);compared with the control gorup,the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α were obviously decreased on post-operation in the observation group( P <0.05);compared with the control group,the scores of sleep quality was obviously reduced on post-operation in the observation group( P <0.05). Conclusion: The fast track surgery concept can promote the postoperative recovery and reduce the inflammatory response for patietns wieth abdominal surgery and improve the sleep quality.
