患者术后睡眠障碍及护理干预效果

The Postoperative Sleep Disturbance and Nursing Intervention Effect

目的:探讨护理干预对患者术后睡眠障碍的改善效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2018年9月沈阳市浑南区中心医院收治的术后睡眠障碍患者80例,按照随机数字法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,对照组施行常规护理,观察组施行护理干预,比较2组患者焦虑、抑郁评分,以及术后睡眠质量评分、护理满意度。结果:与对照组比较,观察组护理后SAS及SDS评分均明显降低(P <0. 05);与对照组比较,观察组患者术后睡眠质量、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物、日间功能障碍、入睡时间等睡眠质量评分均显著降低(P <0. 05);与对照组比较,观察组患者对护理服务满意度大幅改善(P <0. 05)。结论:护理干预能够有效缓解手术患者负性情绪,改善手术患者的睡眠质量,提高护理满意度。

Objective: To study the improvement role of nursing intervention on postoperative sleep disturbance. Methods: A total of 80 postoperative sleep disturbance patients in our hospital during the period from Jan 2018 to Sep 2018 were randomized into the control group(routine nursing)and the observation group(nursing intervention)according to the random number method,40 patients per group.The scores of self-anxiety scale(SAS)and self-depression scale(SDS),scores of postoperative sleep quality index and nursing satisfaction in two groups were observed and compared. Results: Compared with the control group,the scores of SAS and SDS were significantly decreased after nursing in the observation group( P <0.05);compared with the control group,the scores of postoperative sleep quality index such as sleep quality,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder,hypnotics,daytime dysfunction,sleeping time were obviously reduced in the observation group( P <0.05);compared with the control group,the patients′ satisfaction degree for nursing service was significantly improved in the observation group( P <0.05). Conclusion: The nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the negative emotions,improve the sleep quality for operative patients,and increase the nursing satisfaction degree.
