Objective: To observe and investigate the change situation of pulmonary function of children with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome. Methods: A total of 68 children with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome from September 2015 to November 2018 were selected as the observation group,68 healthy children at the same period were selected as the control group. Then the pulmonary function indexes of two groups were compared, and the pulmonary function indexes of observation group with different severity degree of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome were compared too. Results: The pulmonary function indexes of observation group were all worse than those of control group, the pulmonary function indexes of observation group with severe obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome were all lower than those of children with mild and moderate obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome, the detection results of children with moderate obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome than those of children with mild obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome, there were all statistically significant differences( P <0.05). Conclusion: The pulmonary function of children with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome are relatively worse, and the differences of children with different severity degree of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome are obvious, and the monitoring and regulation of pulmonary function of the children with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome should be paid to more attention.
