档案管理工作是防震减灾事业的重要组成部分,它既是地震科研项目研究过程的真实记录,也为地震预报科学研究提供了参考,具有研究和管理过程的可回溯性。同时,也是经济社会建设卓越成果的记录。通过回顾改革开放四十年来,辽宁省地震局档案工作的发展历程,提出了新时代档案工作的新思路和新办法。

Archives management is an important part of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction.It is not only a true record of seismic research project research process,but also provides reference for seismic forecasting scientific research.It has the traceability of research and management process.At the same time,it is also a record of outstanding achievements in economic and social construction.By reviewing the development course of archives work of Liaoning Seismological Bureau in the past 40 years,this paper puts forward new ideas and methods of archives work in the new era.
