Application and Practice of "Five Dimensional" Analysis in Transmission Network

本文总结归纳了传输网络工程建设中的"五维"分析法。首先是要有思路,解决怎么建网的问题,然后是现状分析评估,网络存在的主要问题;其次带宽需求预测,3～5年内各类业务的需求总量;再次是网络建设规模和质量,根据业务预测计算出建成各类业务的数量、带宽、性能指标等;最后是网络精细管理,实施各类业务分流,优先分级,通道预警等良好的管理机制,并及时将相关信息反馈给网络建设部门。

This paper summarizes the"five-dimensional"analysis method for the construction of efficient transmission network.First of all,we have a thought to solve the problem of how to build the network,and meanwhile analyze and evaluate the current situation and the main problems of the network.Secondly,we forecast the bandwidth demand within 3 to 5 years.Thirdly,we calculate the quantity,bandwidth and performance of all kinds of services based on the scale and quality of network construction.Finally,we build a meticulous management system,for various business diversion,priority classification,channel warning and other good management mechanisms,and timely feedback on the related information to the construction department.
