摘要
本文将传统机械式同轴开关与陶瓷高压真空继电器的特点作了对比,提出了大功率100kW中波广播发射机主备机真空切换新技术。文中介绍了元器件原材料选取,结构布局,切换箱、控制盒、整机之间的连线,控制小盒前面板的操作等基本设计要点,对切换与控制电路原理作了技术性能分析。
In this paper,the characteristics of traditional mechanical coaxial switch and ceramic high voltage vacuum relay are compared,and a new vacuum switching technology for active/standby equipment of high power 100 kW medium wave broadcasting transmitter is proposed.This paper introduces the basic points of the product design,including the selection of raw materials for components,structural layout,switching box,control box,the whole machine connection,front panel operation in control box,switching.Finally,it analyzes the technical performance of the control circuit principle.
