摘要
应用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱方法(UPLC-MS/MS)同时测定玫瑰花中19种常用农药残留。样品采用改进的Qu EChERS方法进行萃取净化,利用UPLC-MS/MS在多反应监测模式下进行测定。方法在1~100μg/kg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.9934。实验了1μg/kg、5μg/kg和10μg/kg三个添加水平,回收率范围为78.5%~110.9%,相对标准偏差小于17.6%,检出限范围为0.023~0.260μg/kg,定量限范围为0.078~0.870μg/kg。本方法灵敏度高,且操作简便快捷,各项技术指标满足国内外法规的要求,可用于玫瑰花样品中常用农药的确证检测。
A comprehensive analytical method for determination of 19 pesticide residues in Rosa rugosa Thunbby UPLC-MS/MS has been developed.The sample was prepared by modified QuEChERS and determined by UPLC-MS/MS in multiple reaction monitoring mode(MRM).The linear range of this method was 1~100μg/kg with r^2 higher than 0.993 4.Recoveries were investigated at three levels,1μg/kg,5μg/kg and 10μg/kg,and the values were in the 78.5%~110.9% range with RSD<17.6%.The limit of detection was in the range of 0.023~0.260μg/kg and the limit of quantification was in the range of 0.078~0.870μg/kg.These complied with the parameters accepted by the regulations in domestic,as well as international,and can be used to detect the compounds in Rosa rugose Thunbsample.This method is fast,sensitive and easy to operate.
