摘要
本文对纳米氧化铝对毒性元素铅的吸附能力进行了考察,分别对其吸附容量、吸附条件以及对环境水样中铅的吸附进行了研究。实验表明:在pH=6.0的条件下,吸附效果最好,一定量的铅可以被迅速的吸附在纳米氧化铝表面,其吸附容量为2.70mg/g,用0.01 mol/L的NaOH洗脱效果最佳,回收率为95.34%,此方法对铅的检出限为0.145 5μg/mL,相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.55%,并且在实际样品的测定中得到了应用,对汉江水和实验室自来水中铅进行了分离富集,结果令人满意。
The adsorption behavior oftowards plumbum(Pb)was investigated.The optimum conditions for adsorption were studied in detail,and the test included sorption kinetics,effect of pH on adsorption ratio,and adsorption capacity.Under the optimum conditions,Pb(Ⅱ)ions could be adsorbed and recovered quantitatively.The maximum adsorption capacity of thallium ions onwas 2.70 mg/g.For the elution of Pb(Ⅱ),the desorption percentage reached to 95.34% by 5.00 mL of 0.01 mol/L NaOH.Detection limits(3σ) of 0.1455μg/mL,relative standard deviation of 4.55% level were obtained.The method has been successfully applied for determination of trace elements plumbum in some environmental water samples with satisfactory results.
