Application of Minitab Software in Indoor Quality Control of Detection of Antibody against HCV

目的:探讨利用Minitab软件制作HCV抗体质控图的方法。方法:应用Minitab软件的图表制作和各项功能制作出失控点在内的定量HCV抗体质控图。结果:利用制成的HCV抗体质控图模板可以应用到日常质量控制工作中。结论:用Minitab软件制作的HCV抗体质控图,专业、美观、快速,可减少实验人员的日常工作量、提高工作效率,适用于采用ELISA法检测的HCV抗体的室内质控数据处理。

Objective:To explore the method of preparation of HCV antibody quality control chart using Minitab software.Methods:Using Minitab software chart making and the function of making out of control points,including quantitative HCV antibody quality control chart.Results:the HCV antibody quality control chart can be used in daily quality control.Conclusion:The making of Minitab HCV antibody quality control,professional,beautiful,quickly,reduce the daily workload of laboratory personnel,improve work efficiency,internal quality control data processing is suitable for the detection of HCV antibody by ELISA method.
