摘要
Sn元素由于自身难溶的特点,地质实验室一般采用发射光谱法来测定土壤中低含量的锡。本文通过Sn 283.99nm/Ge 270.96 nm和Sn 317.50 nm/Ge 326.95 nm两条测量线来消除校正误差,经外部控制样验证合格率达到了95%以上。
Duing to the insoluble nature of Sn element,emission spectrometry is generally used in geological laboratories to determine the low content of Sn in geochemical samples.In our paper,two measuring lines(Sn 283.99 nm/Ge 270.96 nm and Sn 317.50 nm/Ge 326.95 nm)were used to eliminate the correction error,and the qualified rate of external control samples was more than 95%.
