摘要
为探讨雨生红球藻(Haematococcus pluvialis)对红白锦鲤(Cyprinus carpio haematopterus)生长、体色及抗氧化能力的影响,分别用添加5、15、25、35、45 g/kg雨生红球藻的饲料和未添加雨生红球藻的对照饲料饲喂红白锦鲤8周,测定红白锦鲤生长指标、体色指标及抗氧化指标。结果显示:饲料中添加雨生红球藻可以显著提高红白锦鲤的增重率和特定生长率且显著降低饵料系数(P <0.05),当添加量为25 g/kg时增重率、特定生长率、肥满度和肝体指数均达到最高值且饵料系数最低;随着雨生红球藻添加量的增加鱼体红色斑块的L~*值(亮度)呈下降趋势,a~*值(红色)和b~*值(黄色)则随之升高,当雨生红球藻添加量超过25 g/kg,各项色度值趋于稳定,雨生红球藻添加量为35 g/kg时,a~*值达到最高;饲料中雨生红球藻添加量超过15g/kg,可显著提高红白锦鲤肝胰脏、肾脏、血清的SOD活性和CAT活性,且显著降低各组织中MDA含量(P <0.05),雨生红球藻添加量为25~35 g/kg时红白锦鲤各组织抗氧化能力最高。结果表明,在饲料中添加雨生红球藻可提高红白锦鲤的生长性能,改善体色,增强机体的抗氧化能力,本研究中雨生红球藻最适添加量为25~35 g/kg。
The present study was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary Haematococcus pluvialis on growth,body color and antioxidation capacity of Cyprinus carpio haematopterus.Six diets were prepared with the supplementation of Haematococcus pluvialis at levels of 0,5,15,25,35 and 45 g/kg.Fish were fed the experimental diets in the culture system for 8 weeks.The results showed that:After 8 weeks rearing,H.pluvialis significantly stimulated the growth of Cyprinus carpio haematopterus(P<0.05),and the fish had the highest weight gain rate(WGR),specific growth rate(SGR),condition factor(CF)and lowest feed conversion ratio(FCR)when the addition level was 25 g/kg;The a^* value and b^* value gradually increased with the increasing H.pluvialis supplemented level,but L^* values gradually decrease L^*, a^* and b^* value among all the reatments were not significant different when the H.pluvialis addition level more than 25 g/kg;SOD and CAT activity of hepatopancreas,kidney and serum were significantly increased,and contents of MDA significantly reduction when the H.pluvialis addition level more than 15 g/kg.The results indicate that supplementing H.pluvialis in diet could improve the growth,improve the body color and promote the antioxidant capacity of Cyprinus carpio haematopterus.The supplemental level of H.pluvialis was suggested to be 25~35 g/kg.
