Risk Identification and Evaluation in Chemical Process

化学工业是国民经济的重要支柱。随着化工业的飞速发展,化工生产事故发生率不断上升,化工工艺过程安全不容忽视。本文对化工工艺中的安全风险识别及其评价进行了研究,分析了化工工艺过程的施工模式,根据对储罐工艺过程风险分析结果,提出工艺过程中的风险控制措施,为化工生产安全管理提供有效参考。

The chemical industry is an important pillar of the national economy.With the rapid development of the chemical industry,chemical production accidents continue to occur.The safety of chemical process can not be ignored.This paper studies the safety risk identification and evaluation in chemical process,analyzes the accident mode of chemical process,and concludes that the main task of chemical process safety is to prevent accidental leakage of medium substances.According to the risk analysis results of the tank process,the risk control measures in the process are proposed.Provide an effective reference for chemical production safety management.
