优质护理干预肺癌术后患者的护理观察

Nursing Observation of Patients with Lung Cancer after High Quality Nursing Intervention

目的观察优质护理干预对肺癌根治术后患者的临床护理效果影响。方法选取自2016年10月至2017年10月于我院接受治疗的肺癌根治术后患者32例,所有研究对象通过信封法随机分组,对照组16例,应用常规护理干预方式,试验组16例,应用优质护理干预方式,观察两组患者护理前后情绪评分及临床护理满意度变化情况。结果护理干预后:①对照组SDS评分:(46.39±5.68),试验组:(37.13±4.21);②对照组临床护理满意度:81.25%,试验组:93.75%,两组数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论优质护理干预后可有效改善肺癌根治术后患者负面情绪疏导情况,临床依从性及配合性显著提高,有效提高临床护理满意度,临床疗效优异,值得推广。

Objective To observe the effect of high quality nursing intervention on the clinical nursing effect of patients with lung cancer after radical mastectomy. Methods From October 2016 to October 2017 in our hospital 32 cases of patients after radical resection of lung cancer, 16 cases of the control group, routine nursing intervention, the experimental group of 16 patients, the application of high quality nursing intervention, observe the change of emotional satisfaction score and clinical nursing of two groups of patients before and after nursing. Results Nursing intervention:(1) the SDS score of the control group was (46.39±5.68), the experimental group was (37.13±4.21);(2) the clinical nursing satisfaction of the control group was 81.25%, and the difference between the experimental group and the two group was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing intervention can effectively improve the negative emotion counseling of patients with lung cancer after radical operation, and the clinical compliance and cooperation is significantly improved, which can effectively improve the clinical nursing satisfaction, and the clinical effect is excellent, which is worth promoting.
