降钙素原在感染性疾病中的临床应用价值 被引量:3

摘要 降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)是降钙素(CT)的激素原,在感染和脓毒血症时降钙素原的产生不依赖降钙素的水平,而与细菌感染内毒素和炎性介质的释放密切相关。血清中降钙素原的检测可早期诊断感染病原体的种类、评价感染的严重程度、指导临床用药及判断预后。
