摘要
针对雷达装备保障性评估指标的不确定性与多层次性问题,在梳理整合雷达装备保障性评估内容构成要素的基础上,构建了雷达装备保障性评估指标体系,改进了标准间冲突性相关性(Cri-teria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation,CRITIC)赋权法,结合属性层次模型(Attribute Hierar-chy Model,AHM),提出了AHM-CRITIC综合赋权法,设计了基于改进AHM-CRITIC赋权的雷达装备保障性灰色综合评估模型及算法,通过实例验证了该方法的合理性和有效性。
According to the uncertainty and multilevel issues in supportability evaluation index of radar equipment,and on the basis of carding and integrating the elements of supportability evaluation,an index system of supportability evaluation of radar equipment is established.The new method improves criteria importance through intercriteria correlation(CRITIC) weighting method,and combines with attribute hierarchy model(AHM).The comprehensive weighting method based on AHM-CRITIC is presented via analysis,the multi-level grey comprehensive evaluation model and algorithm of supportability evaluation of radar equipment based on comprehensive weighting method are designed.The validit and effectiveness of this methodis proved through an example calculation.
