The national teaching standard of vocational education is only the basic standard, not the highest standard. It reflects the basicrequirements of the state for the education and teaching of vocational colleges. Under the guidance of the national teaching standards,starting from the current research situation at home and abroad, through the theoretical basis, research objectives, research contents andinnovations of the teaching standard system development of urban rail transit communication signal technology specialty, this paperanalyses the research methods and implementation steps of the teaching standard system development.
