摘要 近代工业化进程的加快,加大了各类工厂对能量的需求。锅炉燃烧是现阶段我国最常见的供能方式之一,锅炉的作用是将各类物质转化成工业所需能量,通常在电站、轮船及采矿中使用最为广泛,其质量的检验也非常严格。锅炉燃烧产生的是带有一定能量的高温蒸汽,高温蒸汽可以不经转换直接向人们供热,目前我国冬季供暖就是依靠锅炉燃烧实现的;在电厂供电中锅炉燃烧释放的热能需要经过发电机,变成电能输送到千家万户;在轮船使用上是转换为机械能推动船体前进。文章针对锅炉检验展开相关讨论,主要介绍其检验的概况及意义、完善检验体系需要做的工作及各环节质量控制要点,希望为相关研究人员提供一定的参考。 The acceleration of modern industrialization has increased the demand of various factories for energy. Boiler combustion isone of the most common energy supply methods in China at the present stage. The role of boiler is to transform various substances intoenergy required by industry. It is commonly used most widely in power stations, ships and mining, and its quality inspection is also verystrict. Boiler combustion produces high temperature steam with certain energy, high temperature steam can be directly heated to peoplewithout conversion. The heat energy released by the boiler in the power supply of the power plant needs to pass through the generator andbe transferred to thousands of households. In ship use is converted to mechanical energy to push the ship forward. This paper discussesthe boiler inspection, mainly introduces the general situation and significance of the inspection, the work needed to improve the inspectionsystem and the key points of quality control in each link, hoping to provide some reference for relevant researchers.
