基于全生命周期理论的高职校装备绩效考核策略研究——以南京城市职业学院为例

摘要 伴随教育信息化的发展,高职院校在信息化装备方面的投入越来越大。目前,高职管理体制尚不完善,绩效考核策略、评价手段的欠缺,导致目前存在重复建设、闲置浪费等情况,不利于学校的长远发展。如今各院校装备绩效管理意识不断提高,单一滞后的考核策略急需改善。文章以南京城市职业学院电子类设备设施的管理为例,初步探讨了装备绩效考核的必要性,装备全生命周期的管理模式,并且分析了基于全生命周期理论的装备绩效考核的几点策略。 With the development of educational informatization, higher vocational colleges have invested more and more in informationequipment. Currently, the management system of higher vocational education is still not perfect, and the lack of performance appraisalstrategies and evaluation methods has led to repeated construction, idle waste, etc., which is not conducive to the long-term development ofthe school. Nowadays, the awareness of equipment performance management in various colleges and universities is constantly improving,and the single lagging assessment strategy is in urgent need of improvement. Taking the management of electronic equipment and facilitiesin Nanjing City Vocational College as an example, this paper discusses the necessity of equipment performance appraisal, equips the wholelife cycle management mode, and analyzes several strategies of equipment performance appraisal based on the whole life cycle theory.
