基于陶行知思想的职业学校现代学徒制教育研究——以电子商务专业为例

Research on the modern apprenticeship education in vocational schools based on Tao Xingzhi thought: taking e-commerce specialty as an example

陶行知是中国著名的教育家,"人为一大事来,做一大事去;捧着一颗心来,不带半根草去。"这是陶先生为教育事业奉献一生的宣言。回顾陶先生所提出的各种教育思想、教育理念,都为中国教育界乃至世界的教育舞台上增添了绚烂的一笔。在职业教育的发展过程中,教学实践是必不可少的。文章就陶先生代表思想"教学做合一"结合现代学徒制教学实践模式,对陶行知教育思想的核心内容进行分析,并探讨陶行知教育思想对职业教育的深远意义。

Tao Xingzhi is a famous educator in China."Man is a big thing, do a big thing, hold a heart, without a half-grass." This is the declaration that Mr. Tao dedicated his life to the cause of education. Looking back at the various educational ideas and educational concepts put forward by Mr. Tao, they have added a splendid stroke to the educational arena of the Chinese education and even the world. Teaching practice is indispensable in the development of vocational education. The article analyzes the core content of Tao Xingzhi’s educational thoughts on behalf of Mr. Tao’s representative thought "teaching and doing one" combined with the modern apprenticeship teaching practice mode, and discusses the profound significance of Tao Xingzhi’s educational thought to vocational education.
