镍钴铝酸锂前驱体Ni_(0.80)Co_(0.15)Al_(0.05)(OH)_2洗涤降硫工艺

摘要 采用Na_2CO_3溶液洗涤镍钴铝酸锂前驱体Ni_(0.80)Co_(0.15)Al_(0.05)(OH)_2以降低杂质S含量,研究了c(Na_2CO_3)和洗涤温度对降S效果的影响。在c(Na_2CO_3)=0.5 mol/L和洗涤温度为70℃的洗涤工艺条件下,S含量可以控制在8×10^(-4)以内,并且前驱体Al含量保持稳定,优于Na OH溶液洗涤效果。此外,采用Na_2CO_3溶液洗涤也未影响到前驱体的粒度分布、微观形貌和晶体结构。因此,采用Na_2CO_3溶液洗涤是一种非常有效的洗涤降硫方法。 Na2CO3solution was used as a washing solution to reduce sulfur content of Ni0.80Co0.15Al0.05 (OH)2 precursor, and the influence of concentrate of c (Na2CO3) and washing temperature on the S reduction were studied. When the concentration of Na2CO3 is 0.5 mol/L and the washing temperature is 70 ℃, the sulfur content can be lower than 8× 10^-4, and Al content can be retained, which is better than NaOH solution. In addition, the particle size distribution, micro-morphology and crystal structure of Ni0.80Co0.15Al0.05(OH)2 are unchanged after washing by Na2CO3 solution. The results show that washing process with Na2CO3 solution is effective to reduce sulfur content of Ni0.80Co0.15Al0.05 (OH)2 precursor.
