摘要
电池包热管理包含以下工作内容:采用实验手段评估电芯/电池包在不同倍率下充放电的产热情况;采用热仿真手段模拟电芯/电池包的温升情况。而采用实验手段测量电芯比热容是上述热管理工作的基础。针对软包电芯详述一种比热容实验测试方法、以及相关实验的数据处理与结果修正办法。该方法允许企业或高校在无加速绝热量热仪(绝热量热设备)前提下,仅在空调室内采用石棉、加热片、靶材料及温度采集装置即可对(待测)软包电芯比热容进行测量、修正,且原理同样适用于钢壳电芯。
Measuring the specific heat capacity of lithium ion battery cells through experiment is the foundation of the following battery thermal management work: quantitatively researching cells or packs temperature rise by thermal simulation and evaluating the heat release by cells or packs under different charge/discharge rates. This paper mainly proposed an experimental measurement method of lithium ion soft-packing battery cells' specific heat capacity, an experimental data processing method and a result data modified method. This experimental measurement method is cost-effective with no need of accelerating rate calorimeter (ARC), which only needed asbestos, heating plates, target material, temperature measuring device and an air conditioning room. In addition, the specific heat capacity measurement method is also suitable for steel jacket packing battery cells.
