一种电池管理模块的远程刷新系统

摘要 电池管理系统在电动汽车或混动汽车中是延长电池寿命、维护安全运行的关键,但是由于电池管理系统可能存在潜在错误,需要对已经量产的或者在售的汽车电控模块进行软件再编程,修复这些潜在错误。因此有必要搭建一种远程刷新系统,可以满足下线及售后软件修复和升级的目的,此系统由Mini-OBD、本地端应用程序、服务器端三部分组成,通过3G/4G或Wifi连接服务器,并通过实践应用验证了系统的方便性和稳定性。 The battery management system is the key to extending battery life and maintaining safe operation in electric vehicles or hybrid vehicles. However, due to potential errors in the battery management system, it is necessary to reprogram software that has been mass-produced or sold in the electronic control module. Therefore, it is necessary to build a remote refresh system to meet the off-line and after-sale software repair and upgrade purposes. The proposed system consisted of three parts, including Mini-OBD, local application and server, the server system should be connected with 3 G/4 G or Wifi, and the convenience and stability of the system were verified by practical application .
