摘要
问题意识与问题导向是我党理论和实践工作的基本方法,但问题意识导向运用不当可能产生负面影响。高校思政课教师需要问题意识,但更需要对各种问题持有一种理性探讨的态度。适宜地选择问题、客观公正地分析问题、建设性地探讨问题是理性态度的三个核心要求。思政教学中的理性问题意识导向是调动学生主体性,促进师生精神交往,实现教学相长的重要方法。当前,培养高校思政课教师理性问题意识,需要坚持将学生的全面发展问题作为教学活动的根本问题,需要坚持用马克思主义立场、观点和方法分析和解决各类问题,需要积极应对和解决学生学习主动性不高这一普遍教学难题。
Problem awareness and problem orientation are the basic methods for our party doing the theoretical and practical work.However,the improper use of problem awareness may have a negative impact.Teachers of ideological and political education in colleges and universities need to have such problem awareness,but what’s more important is that they also need to hold a rational attitude toward various issues.Appropriately choose problems,analyze problems objectively and fairly,and discuss problems constructively,are the three core requirements of rational attitudes.The orientation of rational problem awareness in ideological and political teaching is important to mobilize the subjectivity of students,promote the spiritual exchanges between teachers and students,and realize the co-development of teaching and learning.At present,to cultivate the rational problem awareness among ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities,it is necessary to take the issue of students'all-round development as the fundamental problem in teaching.Meanwhile,it is also necessary to persist in using Marxist positions,viewpoints and methods to analyze and solve various problems,and to actively respond to and solve the difficult problem that the students lack of learning initiative.
